a digital nomad is accustomed to living a lifestyle in a great geographical freedom, living wherever he wants for as long as he wants, he is not a conventional traveler, because his work accompanies him.

This trend is growing and consolidating in our country as 44% of respondents said they can always work or sometimes outside the office.
The reasons to be digital nomad are: freedom to know new cultures (89 %%), greater opportunities for women to develop their professional career (84%) and less work stress (almost 71%). Other benefits mentioned are: Flexibility in working hours to manage own times (43%), saving money and time in transfer (14%) and improvement in quality of life (13%).
Digital Nomadism, is beginning to be considered as a benefit of work and as a method of retention of talent by companies.
